Quinton “Rampage” Jackson was down 0-4 and morale was low, but everyone was still focused on turning it around. Kimbo still wanted back in and was confident that he would get another fight. Matt Mitrione was banged up, or was playing the part. He was the only one who knew for sure. In episode five, we saw more of house life and we began to see that I was a target for Wes Sims and his famous “stories.”

Wes Sims decided to try and get under my skin by saying that he stepped in ” a family of Jensens.” He thought it would be fun to do this. I don’t know why but all I can say is Wes was quoted saying he never lets the truth get in the way of a good story. That’s all this was; it was a story that Wes thought up and he went with it. Rest assured, it wasn’t the last story Wes tried to tell about me.

Matt got hurt at practice and Rashad said he was just there to be seen. Matt makes it tough on himself by playing catch and basketball during his downtime, and electing not to practice because he says he’s hurt. If your shoulder was hurt, why would he do anything to hurt it more?  He was fine rolling with Roy and then wanted to ice it during their bag conditioning. I’m not Matt so I can’t say how bad it really was but it didn’t look like it was as bad as he was saying.

At the training center, I finally got some air time. Albeit, it was me struggling with the wall walk and getting choked out by Wes. Scott Junk said during a confessional that I was talking about how good I was. I never did that. I don’t do that. I know I need work in all areas and wrestling is my strongsuit. For everyone that knows me, they know I don’t talk crap. Rampage said I am big and I’ve got wrestling, and that’s the truth.

The fight pick was Justin Wren against Wes Sims. Team Rampage thought it was a good matchup for us. We were wrong. After a takedown, Justin quickly sunk in an arm-triangle choke and put Wes to sleep. It was bad. Wes was out for a while. Rampage did it again. After ignoring Demico Rogers following his loss the previous week, he and the coaches didn’t go into the cage to take care of Wes. Rashad and his coaches were there to see if Wes was okay.

We’re down 5-0 now and really need to turn it around. The preview for next week shows Wes coming up with another story about me. You know what they say? If at first you don’t succeed, try try again … to humiliate your housemate. It also shows Kimbo saying he is back in because of an injury. We’ll find out if it’s true next neek.
