The guy provided the biggest moment in Ultimate Fighter history when he was booted for going on a drunken rampage in Las Vegas as taping for The Ultimate Fighter 7 ended. Jesse Taylor lost his shot at the six-figure TUF contract:

Taylor was thrown off “The Ultimate Fighter” before competing in the championship match when he was caught on tape kicking the window out of a limo in front of Palace Station. He then went inside the hotel and was accused of intimidating customers and security guards, prompting his dismissal from the UFC.

He was replaced by C.B. Dollaway, who was quickly submitted by Amir Sadollah in the TUF 7 Finale. Taylor did get a second chance in July but wasn’t all there as he got submitted by Dollaway in just 3:58. Taylor was cut shortly after his loss. But Taylor has shown since the debacle with the UFC, and training with Dan Henderson, that he can fight. He turned in another win this weekend by downing Dong Sik Yoon via injury (VIDEO) at DREAM 10.

“The UFC kind of labeled me with that [bad boy image]. I don’t if I’m really like that or not. I just want to show the fans that I’m actually a pretty good guy,” Taylor told the gathered media during the DREAM 10 postfight press conference. ” I have two boys, two sons and this provides a means to the end.”

Taylor said he likes fighting more in Japan than in the U.S. and he’s open to fighting at both 185 and down at 170.

That makes it seven straight wins for “JT Money.” But does it mean he’ll get another shot at the UFC? UFC really needs to do its homework this time if it chooses to book Taylor for a return engagement. Does he have his life under control? There were plenty of rumors that even after he was booted from TUF, he was still misbehaving.

The kid is talented. In this fight, you can see how good his wrestling and ground control is. That said, none of the seven wins have come over anyone great, Drew Fickett and Sik Yoon, were the best on the list. And his lone UFC loss to Dollaway, is looking worse by the day after “The Doberman” got creamed by Tom Lawlor at UFC 100.
