Of all the match-ups at UFC 100, Grice v Gugerty looks the most closely matched. And the sportsbooks agree with me here, with none of the major players being able to decide who should be favourite.

With Shannon Gugerty at +110 with BetOnline and Matt Grice at +115 with Bodog , this one could be anyone’s fight.

The two men are fairly new to Ultimate Fighting Championship and in fact Grice is only part-time. In ‘real life’ he’s a police officer.

Both are tough competitors but Gugerty is fractionally more skilled and is a submission expert who likes to go for the win as early as possible.

I’ll take Gugerty to win this one by submission.
